Delivery time

E-commerce order volumes have increased in our industry during the springtime 2020. We will do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible.

The delivery time is 1–3 business days within Finland (2–5 within northern Finland) and 3–7 business days within Europe countries when products are available in stock. Pavlook Oy is not delivering orders to the Åland Islands.

Orders from Pavlook Oy are delivered in Finland by Posti Group Oy to the closest pick-up location or as a home-delivery. Shipping delays due to the carrier, weekends and holidays may affect the delivery time. 

The home delivery option in Finland delivers the package directly to the indicated private address during the 1–3 business days within Finland (2–5 within northern Finland) after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Deliveries are picked up every day after 2 pm except for the weekend.

If an order cannot be delivered for some reason or there is no one to receive the package, the package will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point.

Pavlook Oy strives to improve its services and at the present is updating the delivery options. You can send a personal inquiry to info@pavlook.fi so we can clarify suitable delivery options (other than current ones). 

Shipping details and cost

The order will be delivered as a package or a letter, depending on the size of the ordered item(s). Shipping costs include the cost of shipping and packaging. Free shipping for orders over 150€ within Finland (except the Åland Islands).

Shipment tracking

Once the order has been shipped, an email with a tracking code for the package will be sent to the email indicated by the customer, in order to follow the package shipment status.

Pavlook Oy reserves the right to change the delivery terms. The customer is obliged to read the current delivery terms before placing an order.

Pavlook Oy handles all customers' personal data confidentially, complying with the GDPR.

Pavlook Oy does not share customer’s information with third parties. The only cases when the data is revealed is when it is needed by necessary service providers, such as payment providers or carriers.

Force majeure

If the indicated obligations of the terms and an order delivery can not be fulfilled by Pavlook Oy in the event of force majeure, such as war, natural disasters, epidemics or any catastrophes, problems with public utilities such as telecoms or internet connections, legal or governmental acts, strikes or any related foreseen events, the customers are not entitled to receive a replacement from Pavlook Oy.
