These general terms and conditions include important information on how to use the online store in regard to ordering, delivering and returning the ordered products.

Order conditions

Pavlook Oy only accepts orders placed through the online store website. Products cannot be ordered by phone, email or letter. The order can be made by an adult person at least 18 years old. In order to receive the purchased goods, a customer must provide Pavlook Oy with the delivery address and any necessary additional information, such as email, telephone number, etc. Orders are delivered in Finland and Europe countries. Free shipping for orders over 150€ within Finland (except the Åland Islands). Other countries: find the shipment prices in Shipping and Deliveries.

The products added to the shopping cart are not reserved for a customer until the order has been placed at the online store’s checkout and the order confirmation has been sent to a customer's email.

An order confirmation will be emailed to a customer once Pavlook Oy has received the order and payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed no later than the next business day.

All e-commerce prices are marked in Euros (€) and include VAT. Pavlook Oy reserves the right to withdraw or change prices, goods and limited offers.

The payment buttons of major Finnish banks are in use: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-Bank and Ålandsbanken. The account statement shows Paytrail Oy as the payee, which then forwards the payment to Pavlook Oy.

Credit card payments

The payments can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Paytrail appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the customer's card payment directly to Pavlook Oy.

Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form, and payment card information is not stored in online store´s systems.

Mobile payment methods

Mobile payment methods such as Pivo, MobilePay and Transfer are services that work in the application. These applications could be used to pay for online purchases by bank transfer from a customer’s account or by card payment from a customer’s card by accepting the payment in that application. Pivo also accepts Transfer payments, so the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Transfer.

Invoice and installment services through Paytrail are provided by OP / Invoice, Collector Bank / Invoice - Installment.

Delivery methods online store aims to ship its orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. The ordered products will be delivered according to the shipment terms indicated in the delivery method. The delivery time may vary depending on the number of orders being processed and circumstances beyond Pavlook Oy's control, such as delays caused by the transport company or Force Majeure events.

Order cancellation, right of return and refund

The delivered products have a 14-day return policy from the moment of order receipt in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland. The product cannot be exchanged for another product upon return. If a customer wishes to exchange the product, the original product will be returned and a new order will be placed for the exchanged product.

Returned products must be unused, labels and price tags must be in place, and the products must be in good condition for sale. The return must include the original packaging as well as all parts, documents and packaging materials included in the packaging. The customer must state the reason for the return in return form and use a return address card on top of the postage as indicated in instructions. Product return is free of charge.

The customer has the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of delivery of the last product of the order. The customer must give notice in writing by email for exercising the right of cancellation. If a customer does not pick up the product from the post office or other place of delivery according to the chosen delivery method and the product is returned, Pavlook Oy has the right to charge the customer for the direct and immediate costs of returning the delivery. 

Once a customer's return has been approved and processed, Pavlook Oy will refund the amount corresponding to the return as soon as possible in accordance with the payment method of the original order.

Liability for product quality

Pavlook Oy carefully inspects all products before they are sent to the customer. In the event of a product defect, a customer must contact customer service by sending an email to and return the product.

In the case of a complaint, the customer must also state the reason for the product complaint by sending an email to After this, the customer must fill in the return form and use the return address card provided with the order, as well as perform the return according to Pavlook Oy´s instructions. Once the defective product has arrived back, the return will be processed and payment will be refunded to the customer within 14 days.


Pavlook Oy reserves the right to cancel an order if there has been a clear error in the price information on website. In the above cases, Pavlook Oy must contact the customer immediately and report the incorrect price.

The products sold in online store are intended for consumers only. Customers who purchase products from the online store are committed to purchase the products for private use only.

Copying, downloading, transferring or other similar activities of texts and images found on Pavlook Oy's website is prohibited.

Pavlook Oy is not responsible for any errors that may appear in the texts or images of the website. 

Pavlook Oy strives to accurately describe and photograph the products sold on the website, but small color variations between the image and the physical product are possible and may be due to, for example, a web browser or computer screen color settings.

Pavlook Oy is not responsible for the late delivery of the order if it is due to an event beyond Pavlook Oy's control (Causes of Force Majeure), such as war, flood, epidemic, fire, strike, labor dispute, lockout, riot, incitement, vandalism, government measures and other similar events.
