Return and exchange policy in Finland

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, a customer has the right to return an unworn item with labels within 14 days of receiving the order. The return right applies only to items that are in a new, unused condition and in their original packaging with labels and tags in place. Product return is free of charge.

Returns in Finland

Before returning the shipment a customer has to fill in the online return form   https://pavlook.fi/index.php?route=account/return/add    Please pay attention to the necessary details and personal information so we can handle the return faster and without mistakes. The return shipment label and instructions will be included in the package with the order.

Pack the products to be returned in a box and attach the return label to the parcel. Please make sure that products are packed carefully in their own original packaging. You can use another cardboard box than just the original Pavlook parcel box to return products; most importantly, the products are well protected. Attach the label showing the shipping address on the parcel and take it to the Post Office.

In Finland please use Posti Group Oy return pick-up points for returns and follow the given instructions. It is important to keep the receipt of the order return until the refund is completed.

Pavlook Oy will not accept returns after 14 days of receiving items.

When the return is received and accepted, a refund will be made according to the original payment method. Postage money charges are not refundable. The time for processing a return may take up to 10–15 days.

It is the customer's obligation to make sure to pick up the package on time. If the parcel is not picked up from the pick-up point the parcel will be returned to Pavlook Oy. The refund of the order will be made and the fee of 10,00 € will be deducted from the refunded sum. Non-claimed orders will not be re-shipped.

Exchanging your order

Pavlook.fi online store does not accept exchanges but the customer is welcome to return the order within 14 days from receiving the product and place a new order online. Pavlook Oy applies the return policy as written on this page.

Reclamations

In case of a product defect, we ask to fill in the return form   https://pavlook.fi/index.php?route=account/return/add   and contact the Pavlook Oy team at customer.service@pavlook.fi to inform about the reasons for the return in detail. If a reclamation has accepted no fees are deducted. If the reclamation reason is found unnecessary the fee of 15 € will be deducted from the return sum of the order.

The return shipment label and instructions will be included in the package with the order. In case of reclamation or complaint, we ask the customer to address directly customer.service@pavlook.fi and describe the problem and state the reason for the return.
